Returns the Task's own history plus associated comment and Task
relation events, newest first. It shares the Workspace Activity
retention, redaction, current-access filtering, grouping, and safe
projection rules, and it additionally includes ordinary property
changes (such as a title correction) that the Workspace feed omits.
Personal following and muting changes and ordinary reactions are not
included. Private-Project access is re-evaluated for every request.
