Returns one page ordered by the Task's immutable project-local
number by default. Column orders require exactly one status_id, exclude
archived Tasks, and return a snapshot-consistent column total and advisory
movement permission instead of global history counts. Cursors bind the
Project, Status, order and filters. Rank pagination is a live traversal;
concurrent moves can require refreshing earlier pages.
