Returns one caller-scoped Task view. The server obtains the actor from
the authenticated principal; no actor filter is accepted. Browser
sessions and bearer credentials resolve the same live caller
authorization; bearer credentials never inherit browser cookies.
Date membership uses the actor's persisted IANA timezone and the
returned as_of_date.
