Returns Tasks the caller currently follows (subscription state
following) in the Workspace, newest subscription activity first.
The server obtains the actor from the authenticated principal; no
actor filter is accepted. Muted and unfollowed subscriptions are
excluded, as are Tasks in a private Project the caller cannot see.
