Returns a cursor-bounded, display-safe, persisted-only projection of
current provider installations, remote resources, Project bindings,
and aggregate binding-scoped subscription state. The Project must be
readable in the session Workspace. The operation never calls a
provider and excludes provider-stable resource and tenant identifiers,
credential references, scopes, personal identities, raw subscription
configuration, provider payloads, and disconnected history. A binding
with zero subscriptions is valid and enables no ongoing behavior.
