Returns the same display-safe, persisted-only projection as the current
Workspace installation collection. The installation must belong to the
session Workspace and must not be disconnected. The operation never
calls a provider and excludes credentials, external tenant identifiers,
grants, provider metadata, personal connections, and raw provider state.
