Begin an installation or personal provider authorization

POST/api/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/integration-authorizations

Creates a ten-minute single-use state and a provider authorization ceremony, using PKCE S256 when supported or confidential client authentication when required by the provider. Owners/Admins may create Workspace installation authority; every member may authorize only their own delegated identity inside an existing installation. Secret material and PKCE verifiers are never returned.
