Returns a bounded, persisted-only projection of the current User's
passive provider identities and derived delegated-authorization state
in the session Workspace. The operation never calls a provider and
excludes stable remote user identifiers, credential references,
granted scopes, provider payloads, other Users, and disconnected
identity or installation history.
