Read private Project display preferences for one Workspace
/api/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/project-display-preferencesReturns the current Account user's Workspace-scoped Sort and custom sequence. An absent aggregate returns default, an empty sequence and revision 1. Inaccessible, archived and deleted Projects are pruned before returning the canonical revision. Browser-session consumer only; does not change shared Project ranks.
