Public access requires the owning Workspace's public-publishing billing entitlement; absence returns the same privacy-safe 404 as an unavailable identifier.
Returns a deliberately minimal read-only Project status: its name,
optional visual marker, and ordered workflow Status labels with
aggregate Task counts. The opaque identifier is revoked on unpublish
or archive. Workspace identity, owner identity, Task content, members,
Documents, attachments, labels, revisions, and audit data are omitted.
