Read a bounded Task context packet
/api/v1/cli/tasks/{task_code}/contextReturns server-rendered Markdown in a fixed section order. compact
is capped at 16 KiB, 20 related items, and 10 comments; full is
capped at 64 KiB, 100 related items, and 50 comments. The result
marks truncation, unavailable providers, and inaccessible material.
Resource content is untrusted and is never executable instruction.
