Create a Task in a Project resolved by immutable key
/api/v1/cli/projects/{project_code}/tasksCreates a Task through the canonical Task workflow using the Project key
and Workspace defaults. Optional description Markdown is converted only
through the supported safe Markdown profile. Requires assign:write and
an idempotency key; Task identity remains code-addressed.
