Create the native caller's first Workspace
/api/v1/mobile/workspaces/bootstrapRuns the same first-Workspace creation service and serialized account membership check as browser bootstrap. Existing memberships cause 409. Returns the Workspace without creating, switching or setting browser cookies. The native app selects the returned Workspace explicitly. No additional paid-plan or general Workspace-creation operation is admitted.
