Permanently removes an active or archived leaf Document, including its
revision history, collaboration state and resource links. Requires the
same Workspace and owning Project write permission as editing.
Documents with any child (including archived children) return 409
document_has_children. Git-bound Documents return 409 document_git_managed.
A stale If-Match returns 409 revision_conflict. Attachment objects retain
their existing cleanup policy. Archive and Restore use separate operations.
