Rotate an interactive developer credential to another Workspace
/api/v1/dev/workspaceValidates the caller's active membership, revokes the old Workspace-bound developer OAuth grant and refresh family, and returns a new grant bound to the requested Workspace. Personal API tokens cannot switch Workspaces.
